No — phone browsers do not allow screen capture. On iPhone, use the built-in recorder (Settings → Control Center → Screen Recording); on Android, the "Screen record" shortcut in quick settings. On a computer it works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
When you pick a tab in Chrome or Edge, check "Also share tab audio" to capture its sound. When recording the whole screen, system audio is included on Windows (Chrome/Edge); microphone sound is not captured.
